Strategies:
Ghasts are the trapped souls of people that have died in Mort Myre.
You must be carrying a filled Druid pouch in your inventory to be able to fight a Ghast. If you do not have a pouch, Ghasts will occasionally attack you, dealing a small amount of damage or rotting a piece of food if you're carrying any. A Ouroboros pouch is very useful when killing Ghasts as it never needs to be refilled.
Killing a Ghast will give 30 Prayer experience if you have completed The Nature Spirit.
The damage and accuracy boosting effects of a Salve amulet or Salve amulet (e) will work when fighting ghasts.
