Strategies:
Draconic jadinko are caught via Box trapping (using a Marasamaw plant) at level 80 Hunter (Exp: 554) in the Herblore Habitat and at level 90 on Anachronia (Exp: 554). Note that the trap may be baited with Withered vine, but this is not necessary. Regardless of location, you will need to pour 1 dose of Juju hunter potion on the Red vine blossoms. These are found on the North Eastern side of their Anachronia colony - Must be planted in the Herblore Habitat.
When catching the Draconic jadinko at the Herblore Habitat, you will need to grow a Red vine blossom (Red blossom seed), Lergberry bush (Lergberry seed), and build a Dark Pit in order to attract them to the area. The vine does not need to be fully grown to begin working, the seed merely needs to be planted.
