Saradomin jadinko are caught via Box trapping (using a Marasamaw plant) at level 81 Hunter (Exp: 453). Note that the trap may be baited with Withered vine, but this is not necessary.
When catching the Saradomin jadinko, the plants and construction spot requirements to attract them to the area change weekly. Any plants do not need to be fully grown to begin working, the seed merely needs to be planted. Regardless of what vine is required, you will need to pour 1 dose of Juju hunter potion on the vine blossoms.
