[RuneHQ Event] Pest Control - Friday, January 25th

The Void Knights are being attacked by pesky demonic creatures with varying combat styles and abilities, but no matter how many we defeat, they just keep appearing endlessly! We need to assure the safety of the Void Knights by not only killing off these pests, but also by breaking the portals that dispose them to attack. Be ready to help outnumber and/or put your multi-target attacks to their best potential, because this is the day we'll help in the effort to stop the Pests from doing as they please!

[RuneHQ Event] Helwyr - Saturday, January 19th

Deep in the heart of Gielinor a second war of the gods rages on. As each faction fights to defeat the other and accomplish the mission they set upon, adventurers have made their way into the battle and began to challenge the generals of the gods in hopes for new weapons and armour. One of these generals is the general of Seren called Helwyr, an elf who is seeking revenge on Gregorovic who had performed cruel experiments on his fellow elves. For those that kill him there is a chance to obtain his wand, Wand of the Cywir elders.

Rework

Today, Jagex released the long awaited Mining and Smithing Rework. Haven't heard about it yet or want a basic explanation of changes? You can check out their News Post or their video detailing it.

For Rune HQ, this means that we have a TON of guides, Monsters, and Items that we will be updating. Please bear with us as the Rework was kinda huge.

In the meantime, you can discuss your thoughts about the change on our discord or on this post. If you're interested in helping, you can either provide us with new/corrected content submissions or you can apply to become one of our Content Editors.
